    The service here was excellent! The staff was accommodating and attentive.

    Reaching the hotel required a car, making the location somewhat inconvenient for immediate access to downtown attractions.

    Nice "Casa" which is still under construction, but the part, that is finished looks nice. Good restaurant and ambiente with pool.

    It is far from city centre, but that is normal for that kind of accomodation on the hills of Oaxaca

    This hotel has just 11 rooms, so I was very happy to be almost alone during my vacations.

    1. The hotel is 40 minutes from the Oxaca down town by walking. It is 15 minutes by driving, according to the Hotel specifications they have a shuttle service but when we arrived to the hotel they told us it was out of service, before booking I knew that this hotel was not in the down town but I chose this hotel because they had shuttle service. 2. Bed, pillow, bathroom and carpet were dirty.

    The Hotel Casa Bonita was wonderful -- a boutique hotel up on the hill in a quiet area of Oaxaca City. The manager and the desk guy were friendly, spoke English, attentive, and helped us out with everything we asked for. I would return here easily. As an aside -- travelers should know not to drink water, eat ice, or flush toilet paper anywhere in Mexico (except, perhaps, if you are at a resort). Use bottled water to brush your teeth also.

    We had a hard time finding it, but we were driving and things are just hard to find in Oaxaca City!

    loved every detail about my really amazing 2 nights stay here. the staff was attentive, my every need was addressed. the rooms were big size and new-fashioned and beds were comfortable. the breakfast was extensive, had a wide range of options and the food was outstanding. location: the hotel was short walk to beautiful oaxaca, a beautiful area and culture, and casa bonita. a few times i ate at doba yej, located a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

    Good stay with charming ambiance

    The breakfast was delicious, with fresh eggs and homemade tortillas, and the dinner options were equally good, particularly the mole selections. The décor of the Junior Suite created a lovely cozy atmosphere.

    Highly recommend it for groups looking for a cozy stay

    The staff were pretty good, greeting us warmly at every turn. The food was great, especially the breakfast with freshly made eggs and tortillas, a real treat in the morning.

    It was a bit pricey but considering the quality and service, it was still acceptable.
